MAN CAMP is...

an intentional experience created for men 18 and older to do things that men like to do. It’s time carved out to eat, adventure, and do whatever you want to do. The purpose is to escape from the numbing grind of life’s chaotic business and laugh a bit.

This isn’t a kumbaya-singing, sit-and-get, church camp. You will get to know new guys and deepen friendships you have had for years. There is something spiritual about being out in the woods, sitting around a campfire, and allowing space to crank life down a bit.

GOT QUESTSTIONS

What if I don’t know anybody?

You’ll make friends in no time. Each guy will be assigned a team of 7 other guys, led by a team captain. You’ll do everything together: get outfitted, bring food, set up camp, compete and generally solve problems. You will be good friends with your team by the time this thing is over. (Or you will step into the octagon and solve your problems.)

How old do I need to be to attend?

The minimum age for MAN CAMP is 18. We know there are lots of 15-year-old men (and 40-year-old boys), but the law of our state says you're an adult at 18, and MAN CAMP is an adults-only adventure.

Will there be alcohol at this event?

Yes. While it is certainly not the focus, alcohol is permitted to be at this event. We will follow the camp rules: Don’t be an idiot.

What if I’ve never camped before?

No problem. There is a first time for everything. This trip is all about getting outside your comfort zone. It’s designed to challenge and encourage everyone, whether you’ve camped for decades or don’t own a tent (yet).

What if I don’t have a camper or a tent?

Every Team Captain will ensure that you have a place to sleep. This might be outside, enjoying the beauty of the stars and fending off bears. (But hopefully not.)

Can I bring my own Camper or tent?

Every guy will be placed on a team and led by a Team Captain.  And together, the team will coordinate the camper/tent arrangements.

What if it rains or snows?

It’s Pennsylvania. It will do both. At the same time. Expect all four seasons in the span of 3 days. Plus ... you are a man, aren’t you?

What if I have to leave early?

You’re in for the whole deal if you go. The entire event is about connecting together. We do understand that life happens; excluding an emergency, we ask that you commit to the entire event.
